Description:
Talks with Tiffany will be a three part series involving black female recreation directors asking questions and discussing various aspects of being a black woman in campus recreation, how they work with their staff, work through micro/macroaggressions in the workplace, maintain their mental and physical health and the other many challenges they may face. Participants of this session will be able to identify needed resources and opportunities available to aide in both their personal and professional journeys.
