Description:
There’s much to-do about recovery in recent years. However, which modalities are supported by the science and which are more hype and hyperbole? In this session, we will briefly discuss inflammation and then address some of the common recovery tools and applications seen in fitness facilities. This session will arm fitness professionals with insights into best practices to help with sore and achy muscles that fall within our scope of practice.
