Join us at Purdue University, February 5–7, for the NIRSA Region III Student Lead On Conference!
Lead On is a conference for students by students dedicated to professional development. While hosted through campus recreation, the event is open to all students seeking to enhance their skills and career readiness. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in engaging workshops, resume reviews, and valuable networking opportunities.
This conference is a powerful way to strengthen your resume, demonstrate initiative to future employers, and start building the connections that will help you thrive in your career.

Our PreCon Activities offer a variety of interactive and professional development opportunities, including: "LEADership Link" Mentoring Opportunity, Networking, Service Project Volunteering, and Facility Tours of the CoRec!

Whether you’re a first-time Lead On attendee looking to expand your network, or simply desire to get to know your SLO peers, the PreCon is the perfect way to start your conference experience - lunch included!

Start Student Lead On 26 on the right track at our Thursday Night Preconference Social, hosted at Purdue’s local favorite restaurant, Nine Irish Brothers! This casual gathering is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow attendees, reconnect with colleagues, and build new professional relationships before the conference begins.

Whether you’re a first-time Lead On attendee or a returning participant, the Thursday Night Social is a fun and valuable way to ease into the conference, meet new faces, and prepare for the days ahead - light appetizers available!

Please note that no transportation is provided. The venue is approximately 5 minutes away from Purdue; please arrange your own transportation.
