Cape Henry Racquet Club was founded in 1974 and is located only two miles from the scenic Virginia Beach Boardwalk. In 2009, local tennis coach Darryl Cummings bought the club with expansion in mind. Cummings, a former college tennis player and coach, wanted to turn the club into a state-of-the-art facility that would be able to hold regional tournaments and local lessons year-round, and ClearSpan delivered.
