Region I Student Representative
Hello everyone, my name is Damian Flint and I am your Region I Student Representative. I am an undergraduate student majoring in Sport Management at The College at Brockport where I am a Student Supervisor for Recreational Services.
I currently serve on the disciplinary committee for New York State Rugby and my previous experience includes working as a Sports Supervisor for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines.
In order for us to be successful in our region, we need to promote the NIRSA vision by encouraging fellow students to become involved and make the most of opportunities that are available. One can do so by becoming a campus contact at your institution and then progressing on to become a student representative of your state.
As student members it is our duty today to lead the recreational professionals of tomorrow!
