Tournament Information
The Arizona State University Recreation Department and Phoenix Regional Sports Commission will host the 16th Annual NIRSA NCCS National Soccer Championships, November 19-21, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. Play will be at the Reach 11 Sports Complex with all fields in this location. This year 24 men's and 24 women's teams will be invited/qualify to participate in the Championship Divisions. The Open Division is open to teams on a first-come, first-served basis (limit of 16
men’s and 16 women's), with NIRSA Institutional Members receiving priority entry into the division until October 12, 2009. If a team signed up for the Open Division and gets a bid for the Championship Division, the registration will automatically be transfered over.

All twelve fields are located at the Reach 11 Sport Complex, 2425 East Deer Valley Road. Area map and driving directions
Important Dates
- 9/14/09 - Entries for Open Division accepted at the NIRSA National Center via online registration
- 10/28/09 - Last day to make roster changes without a fee.
- 10/28/09 - Entry Deadline for Open division - Only COMPLETE entries will be accepted
- 11/02/09 - Invitations to Championship Division - NIRSA recommends that teams don't purchase plane tickets until entry acceptance is confirmed.
- 11/03/09 - Accepted team receive Player Certification form - has to be signed by participants, the sport club director and school's registrar after verification of enrollment.
- 11/18/09 - Practice, check-in (5-7 pm), coaches meeting (7 pm)
- 11/19/09 - Pool Play
- 11/20/09 - Pool Play and Single Elimination rounds
- 11/21/09 - Semi-finals and finals for all divisions (1 pm Final Men's and Women's Open; 3 pm Final Women's Championship; 5 pm Final Men's Championship)

Institutional Member - $1,055
Non-Member - $1,430
Regional Coordinators will be posting scores weekly on the NIRSA website and ranking the top 5 to 10 teams in their regions. Please be sure to contact and report weekly scores to your regional coordinator to make sure your team is being considered for at-large Championship Division bids!
**Note** All regions will receive three (3) automatic bids for the Men's Championship Division and three (3) automatic bids for the Women's Championship Division. There will also be 6 "at-large" bids for both Men's and Women's Championship Division.
