NCCS Tournament Staff Structure
The NCCS Committee has developed a new process for you to become involved and volunteer to work at NCCS national or regional events.
Volunteering is a great way to enhance any recreational professional or student's career. The professional development experience that NIRSA Members take part in will be grounded in learning outcomes and professional development goals consistent with NIRSA's mission and the NCCS guiding principles.
The tournaments are run by NIRSA professionals. A database of volunteers will be generated based upon their stated interests and qualifications.
The host institution serves as the Director of Operations for each tournament. The NCCS Committee will be seeking volunteers for Director of Officials, Director of Competition, and all tournament staff positions. Please review the following information carefully before applying.
