Updates to Institutional Records
In late-August, Institutional Directors will receive instructions on how to update their institutional record online. Each Institutional Contact will be able to update their Institutional profile (mailing address, website address, programs available, reporting structure, etc.) as well as edit their departmental roster of staff in real-time from within the NIRSA database. Administrators will be able to remove, change or add staff to the departmental roster as well as identify their functional job title and
job responsibilities. This move to an online update process will ensure immediate and accurate updates to records, eliminate the mailing and faxing of thousands of pieces of paper, and streamline the process so it can be accessible throughout the year.
Updates to Individual Records
Edit your member profile. As a NIRSA Member, you have the ability to change your preferred email, mailing address, job title and much more. Any updates that you make to your profile will take effect immediately. If you have difficulty accessing your individual membership record, please contact the Membership Department for assistance.
