Evaluations

• Hand out session evaluations (sample below) at the beginning of each session and collect them at the end of each session.
• During the final session, remind participants to complete the overall event evaluation. Collect the evaluations as participants leave, and/or inform them of where they can turn them in at a later time.
• Many regional conference planners conduct their own electronic surveys via Zoomerang or Survey Monkey. See sample survey below.
