National School of Recreational Sports Management - Level I

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of registration for NIRSA educational events and refund requests must be made in writing (mail, fax, email) to: Cancellation, c/o Billing Coordinator, NIRSA, 4185 SW Research Way, Corvallis, OR 97333-1067; fax: 541-766-8284; email: billing@nirsa.org
• Cancellations received on or before March 21, 2012 will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations received between March 22, 2012 and April 25, 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
• Refunds cannot be guaranteed for cancellations received after April 25, 2012 or for no-shows at the event.
• Extenuating circumstances may warrant exceptions to the Refund Policy. For a review of a specific refund amount, please contact the Billing Coordinator at billing@nirsa.org

Purchase Order Policy: Payment is accepted via check, money order, or credit card. If paying by credit card, payment is due with the registration form. You may include a purchase order number on your registration form to indicate a forthcoming check; however, a purchase order is not considered payment and no purchase orders will be accepted after April 25, 2012.   If a purchase order is indicated on your registration form, your check or money order must be received by April 25, 2012 to secure your space.  Registrations received past April 25, 2012, must be paid by credit card.

Continuing Education Units: NIRSA offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to participants of this event.
To receive CEU credit for this event a participant must:

• Attend and participate in the National School of Recreational Sports Management: Level I
• Complete and sign session evaluations showing successful achievement of the session’s learning objectives.
• Keep your CEU Participation Form for your records.

Non-Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of attendees, smoking is not permitted at any NIRSA function. This includes general sessions, educational sessions, workshops, and socials.

Services for Persons with Disabilities: Contact the NIRSA Event Management Coordinator by May 1, 2012, if ADA arrangements are needed.

Photo Content Ownership: NIRSA will use photographs taken during the 2011 National School of Recreational Sports Management: Level I to promote the Association and future events. Your registration form provides NIRSA with the unrestricted right to use photographs at its discretion for the purpose outlined above.
