National Marketing Institute

More than 70 attendees participated in the 2008 NIRSA National Marketing Institute. Participants took advantage of thirteen different educational sessions, five invited speakers, and the vast experience of their colleagues to make this event so successful.
Attendees were inspired to rethink and refresh their customer service focus, review and reinvigorate their websites, and focus their marketing energies by developing a marketing plan. Then there were the how-to sessions on podcasting, graphic design, sponsorship recruitment and reporting…and the list goes on!
Everyone left feeling excited about the work they have ahead of them, and knowing that they can call on their colleagues for support, encouragement and advice.
