If you administer an aquatics program or would like to learn more, then this is the Institute for you. Here's a great opportunity to network with colleagues and learn first hand from a variety of educational sessions. Traditionally, a preconference Aquatic Facility Operator Course is held in conjunction with this event.

- Directors and assistant directors who oversee or will oversee aquatic facility management and/or design
- Facilities professionals who manage and oversee aquatic facility operations and/or the design of new facilities
- Senior administrators who want to learn more about new aquatic facilities and their profound impact on the success of an institution

- Programming professionals who want to build their knowledge in the aquatic profession
- Aquatic programmer (dive-in movies, birthday parties, triathlons, lifeguard training)
- Intramural coordinators (innertube water polo, water polo, underwater hockey, water basketball, etc)

Preconference Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Course
The AFO program is an advanced, state-of-the-art educational training program for those persons managing and operating aquatic facilities. The AFO program is fast becoming the leading training opportunity for pool operators and aquatic facility managers in the United States and to date has certified over 16,000 aquatic facility operators in the 16 years of existence.
2009 Institute Highlights:
The Aquatic and Facilities Institutes joined together to offer one great educational opportunity. Attendees were able to choose freely between the two educational tracks and interact and network with everyone in attendance during the social and tours.
