Refund Policy for Cancellations: All Institute cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or emailed directly to: Institute Refund, c/o Nick Todorovich NIRSA, 4185 SW Research Way, Corvallis, OR 97333-1067; fax: (541) 766-8284; email: nick@nirsa.org
- Cancellation of pre-registration and requests for refunds must be made in writing (via mail, fax or email) to the NIRSA Director of Education.
- Refund requests received on or before September 23, 2011 will receive a 90% refund.
- Refund requests received on and between September 24, 2011 and October 10, 2011 will receive a 50% refund.
- Refunds cannot be granted for requests received after October 10, 2011 or for no-shows at the event.
Continuing Education Units: NIRSA offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to participants of this event.
To receive CEU credit for this Institute a participant must:
- Attend and participate in the National Recreation Facilities Institute, presented by Mondo
- Complete and sign session evaluations showing successful achievement of the session's learning objectives.
- Keep your CEU Participation Form for your records.

Non-Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of attendees, smoking is not permitted at any NIRSA function. This includes general sessions, educational sessions, workshops, and socials.
Services for Persons with Disabilities: Contact the Education Program Coordinator by September 23, 2011, if ADA arrangements are needed.
Photograph Content Ownership: NIRSA will use photographs taken during the 2011 National Recreation Facilities Institute presented by Mondo to promote the Association and future events. Your registration form provides NIRSA with the unrestricted right to use photographs at its discretion for the purpose outlined above.
