Earlier in 2011, a NIRSA Board of Directors action called for future conference lodging rates (beginning in 2012) "to provide the best pricing across the board for all attendees." As such, hotel rates have been simplified for 2012, with one great rate for all conference attendees. With significantly discounted rates starting at $189, you will want to be sure to take advantage of this deal and stay at the heart of all the action.
Hotel reservations can be made online within the group block by using the web site link provided to you upon your conference registration confirmation. You may also submit reservations via email or fax, further information on this will be provided in your conference registration confirmation. Reservations cannot be made via phone, please utilize the online, fax, or email options. A valid credit card is required to make your reservations.
These locations couldn't be more conveniently located for this year's venue: the Tampa Convention Center. Room reservations within the NIRSA hotel block can be made by following the instructions on your Annual Conference registration confirmation/receipt. If you did not receive a confirmation/receipt - or if you are having trouble locating it - please contact the NIRSA Billing Coordinator, Megan Granholm.*
* As part of your Annual Conference registration confirmation/receipt, you should receive a personal link to a housing bureau website, where you will be able to make your room reservation.
