NIRSA Foundation Career Opportunities Center:
Presentation Room Information

Employers registered with the Career Opportunities Center (COC), have the opportunity to reserve a presentation room(s) for the purpose of educating potential candidates on position openings at their institution. Presentation rooms seat approximately 75 people and will be equipped with a microphone, projection screen and LCD projector. In addition, one room will also have a TV/VCR/DVD set-up, available upon request.

Presentation rooms are available in both half-hour and one-hour time slots. Payment for Presentation rooms occurs through the on-line conference registration page in the COC section. Once your Presentation room(s) has been paid for, a specific date and time can be scheduled by contacting Suzanne Merrill. Because scheduling occurs on a first-come, first-served basis, an employer may want to verify what dates and times are still available before paying for the room.  A copy of the presentation room schedule can be found here.

Specific presentation room assignments will be provided to employers via email, 2-4 weeks prior to the conference. The COC will be in the Convention Center and the Presentation Rooms will be located in the Conference Headquarter Hotel.
