Mary was NIRSA's Director of National Sport Programs from 1995 to May of 2006, before assuming this position. Before coming to NIRSA, Mary worked in recreation and higher education for eleven years. She is a past member of NIRSA and is a Certified Recreational Sports Specialist (CRSS).
