The Chief Operating Officer functions as the senior executive in the absence of the Executive Director. Several primary functional areas are the responsibility of this position:
- Oversight and supervision of day-to-day operations at the NIRSA National Center.
- Oversight of organization-wide quality assurance for member and customer service in support of the Association’s goals, programs, and services.
- Site selection of the NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo.
In her free time she spends time with daughters Sadie and Lucy.
