The Registry recognizes collegiate recreational sports professionals that have attained a mastery of the profession’s “body of knowledge” and have made a commitment to continuing education and professional involvement.
This interactive symposium provides a broad range of material for attendees to enhance their management skills and acquire new problem solving techniques. The School covers assessment and accountability, communication, diversity, ethics, leadership, morale and motivation, personnel, political positioning, and risk management.
This Institute targets facility planners to experienced facility managers. Sessions providing in-depth information on planning, constructing and renovating facilities are offered in addition to focused sessions on mechanical operations and aquatic environment operations. Presenters include architects, suppliers and experts in the field. This institute is offered yearly and provides attendees an opportunity to make contacts and develop a network base, while at the same time allowing planners and managers to evaluate architectural firms.
What is this "marketing" thing and where do you start? Want to go beyond fliers and brochures, but find it difficult to do so with limited resources? Are you ready to move beyond the basics and create a comprehensive and efficient marketing program? Have you asked yourself any of these questions? If so, this Institute will provide you the vital skills necessary for improving or starting an effective marketing program. Presentations will address public relations, promotions, brand marketing, corporate sponsorships, fundraising, strategic planning, market research and

Offered every other year, the symposium program focuses on current issues and highlights upcoming trends. In addition, representatives from National Governing Bodies are available for interaction with attendees.

NIRSA/AORE Reciprocal Education Opportunity
Through a collaborative agreement between NIRSA and the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education (AORE), NIRSA Student and Professional Members can register for the AORE Annual Conference at the lowest AORE student or professional rates, and vice versa.
